个人简介 / Resume

郭璐,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,现任云南大学云南马来亚学院(现代工学院)海水淡化、动力锂电池回收和低碳政策研究方向领域核心成员。长期致力于环境材料和新能源领域研究,在国际顶级期刊/会议发表论文50余篇,累计引用2700余次,H-index为27。主持国家级、省部级项目5项,获新加坡李秀英青年化学家奖,长期任Energy & Environmental Materials、carbon neutralization等期刊审稿人。注重学科交叉与产学研结合,主持及参与编制云南省及大理、怒江、文山等州市双碳政策文件,深度服务国家“双碳”战略。与新加坡科技设计大学、新加坡国立大学等保持长期合作。

Dr. Lu Guo, Associate Professor at the Yunnan-Malaya Institute (School of Engineering) of Yunnan University. As a core member in seawater desalination, power lithium battery recycling, and low-carbon policy research; she specializes in environmental materials and new energy with over 50 publications in top-tier international journals/conferences (2,700+ citations, H-index 27). She has led 5 national and provincial projects; awarded the SNIC-Prof Lee Soo Ying Young Chemist Award (2021); serves as reviewer for Energy & Environmental Materials, Carbon Neutralization, etc.; actively engages in drafting dual carbon policy documents for Yunnan Province and multiple prefecture-level cities; and maintains collaborations with the Singapore University of Technology and Design, National University of Singapore, etc.
