普园媛,博士,教授、博士生导师,云南大学云南马来亚学院(现代工学院)党委书记,云南省教学名师,电子信息技术国家级实验教学示范中心主任,云南省高校物联网技术及应用重点实验室主任。担任中国高校电工电子基础课程教指委协作员、云南省高校电工电子基础课程教指委主任委员,云南省电子信息类专业综合评价专业类副组长,云南省高等教育教学研究会会员,《通信学报》编委。中国计算机学会物联网专委会委员、多媒体专委会委员。
长期从事电子信息类专业教育教学建设工作,主持教育部产学合作项目3项,云南省本科教育教学研究项目3项,云南省研究生优质课程项目1项,承担教育部新工科建设项目2项。获云南省教学成果一等奖1项,“信号与系统”等3门云南省一流课程负责人,出版教材5部,发表教改论文10余篇,电子信息技术国家级实验教学示范中心入选教育部优秀建设案例。获全国高校教师教学创新大赛云南赛区二等奖2次,全国高校电工电子基础实验教学案例设计竞赛全国二等奖1项。
长期从事数字图像处理、视觉媒体计算及非真实感绘制技术的研究与教学工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,地区基金项目2项,云南省应用基础研究计划重点项目2项,云南省科技计划重大科技专项2项。作为主要成员参加国家自然科学基金项目5项、教育部博士点基金项目1项,云南省应用基础研究计划重点项目及面上项目3项。先后在国内外期刊和国际会议上发表论文80余篇,其中三大检索近40余篇。主要成果发表在《IEEE Transactions on Multimedia》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Computer & Graphics》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》、《计算机学报》、《软件学报》、《计算机辅助设计与图形学学报》、《中国图象与图形学学报》等国内外核心期刊。申请发明专利授权9项,转让1项。获云南省科学技术奖自然科学类三等奖2项,云南省优秀博士论文。
Yuanyuan Pu, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, Party Secretary of the Yunnan-Malaya Institute (School of Engineering) at Yunnan University, a famous teaching teacher in Yunnan Province, director of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Electronic Information Technology, and director of the Key Laboratory of Internet of Things Technology and Application in Universities of Yunnan Province. She serves as a coordinator of the Steering Committee for Basic Courses of Electrical Engineering and Electronics in Chinese Universities, the director of the Steering Committee for Basic Courses of Electrical Engineering and Electronics in Universities of Yunnan Province, the deputy leader of the professional group for comprehensive evaluation of electronic information majors in Yunnan Province, a member of the Yunnan Higher Education Teaching Research Association, and an editorial board member of the Journal of Communications. She is also a member of the Specialized Committee on Internet of Things and the Specialized Committee on Multimedia of the China Computer Federation.
She has long been engaged in the construction of education and teaching in electronic information majors. She has presided over 3 industry-university cooperation projects of the Ministry of Education, 3 undergraduate education and teaching research projects in Yunnan Province, and 1 high-quality postgraduate course project in Yunnan Province, and undertaken 2 new engineering construction projects of the Ministry of Education. She has won the first-prize of teaching achievements in Yunnan Province, served as the person-in-charge of 3 first-class courses in Yunnan Province such as "Signals and Systems", published 5 textbooks, and published more than 10 papers on education reform. The National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Electronic Information Technology was selected as an excellent construction case by the Ministry of Education. She has won the second-prize in the Yunnan Division of the National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition twice and the second-prize in the National Competition for the Design of Basic Electrical and Electronic Experiment Teaching Cases in Colleges and Universities once.
She has long been engaged in the research and teaching of digital image processing, visual media computing, and non-photorealistic rendering technology. She has presided over 1 general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 regional fund projects, 2 key projects of the Applied Basic Research Program in Yunnan Province, and 2 major science and technology special projects of the Science and Technology Plan in Yunnan Province. As a main member, she has participated in 5 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of the Doctoral Program Foundation of the Ministry of Education, and 3 key and general projects of the Applied Basic Research Program in Yunnan Province. She has published more than 80 papers in domestic and foreign journals and international conferences, among which nearly 40 are indexed by the three major retrieval systems. Her main achievements have been published in core domestic and foreign journals such as "IEEE Transactions on Multimedia", "Knowledge-Based Systems", "Computer & Graphics", "IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems", "Journal of Computer Science and Technology", "Journal of Software", "Journal of Computer-Aided Design & Computer Graphics", and "Journal of Image and Graphics". She has applied for 9 authorized invention patents and transferred 1. She has won the third-prize of the Natural Science Award of Yunnan Province twice and an excellent doctoral dissertation in Yunnan Province.
